Parking
A privately owned and operated parking garage is located adjacent to the hotel. Currently, overnight guests are charged $32.00 per night, per car. Non-registered hotel guests are charged $18.00 for parking to attend an event. All prices are subject to change without notice. Parking is limited and therefore not guaranteed.

Cancellation / Registration Policy:
• Event registration payments are due at the time of registration.
• No refunds will be allowed within seven days of the event date. Prior to that, a 20% administrative fee will be assessed for
cancellations except for those who registered at Early Bird rate.
• Substitutes are allowed for Corporate members, in lieu of cancelling.
• Individual members’ registrations are non-transferable.
