LOGISTICS:
Cancellation Policy: - Registrations made during the Early Bird period (Oct. 1 - Nov. 8) will be fully refundable. (Policy updated Oct. 12.)
- Cancellations made Nov. 9 - Nov. 30 will be assessed a 35% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made Dec. 1 - Dec. 9 are non-refundable.
- Event registration payments are due at the time of registration.
- Substitutes are allowed for Corporate members, in lieu of cancelling.
- Individual member registrations are non-transferable. A non-member rate will apply for substitutions.
- Packages are unable to be split between registrants.
