Cancelation Policy:

• In lieu of cancellations, a recording of the webinar will be sent via email after the event to the address you registered with.
• No refunds will be allowed within seven days of the event date. Prior to that, a 20% administrative fee will be assessed.
• Substitutes are allowed for Corporate members, in lieu of cancelling, up to five days before the event.
• Individual member registrations are non-transferable. A non-member rate will apply for substitutions
