Brian Kobza, Chief Commercial Officer, IMC Logistics Brian serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at IMC Logistics, where his career spans over two decades in the transportation and supply chain sector. Recognized for his leadership and innovative problem-solving, Brian has held key roles across marine terminals, ocean carriers, ports, and landside logistics organizations, consistently advancing creative solutions to industry challenges. At IMC Logistics, he oversees all commercial operations and directs strategic initiatives designed to drive profitability, enhance cargo velocity, and elevate the customer experience. His leadership philosophy emphasizes the cultivation of enduring customer partnerships and collaborative enterprise growth, affirming that strong relationships are foundational to supply chain excellence. Prior to joining IMC Logistics, Brian held senior operational and commercial positions with Global Container Terminals, The Port of Virginia, CSX, the Port Authority of NYNJ, Hyundai Merchant Marine, and Maersk. He also contributes to industry advancement as the 2025 President of the Traffic Club of New York and as an Advisory Board Member at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where he earned his United States Coast Guard 3rd Assistant Engineer’s license.
