An optional Harpoon Brewery tour will top off the day All registrants must be screened by USCBP/DHS with the use of multiple law enforcement databases. Negative information will be a basis for denial by US CBP to attend the tour. All registrations and security data must be received by the CONECT office by Wednesday, September 17. This is a strict deadline by USCBP. *Per DHS policy, Non-US Citizens must submit a separate Foreign Visitors Access Request Form by September 3rd. Your registration must be paid in full prior to submitting (via fax) this form to the CONECT office at 508-481-2161. If you are not approved by DHS for this tour, CONECT will reimburse your registration in full. Due to the vetting process, no substitutions may be made/ no refunds can be allowed after September 17, 2014. Prior to that, registrants may either find a substitute or receive a refund for their registration minus a 20% administrative fee. For “Individual” members, a non-member rate will apply to substitutions, as Individual memberships are non-transferable.
