No registration refunds can be made after May 1 Prior to this date, cancelled registrations may be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee, or credited in full to your CONECT account for a future event. Substitutions are allowed at any time for corporate members. For individual members, a non-member rate will apply for substitutions.
