Registration Fees:

CONECT Members $149*   * Members must sign in prior to registering to receive the member
   rate.

   This event has been approved by NCBFAA for 6.5 CCS / CES continuing education credits.

 

CONECT will submit your credits upon completion of this event.  Please ensure that you enter your CCS number during the registration process. 

 

Come and experience an in-depth tour of the Boston’s Cargo Facilities
Tour includes: 

  • Breakfast at Massport's Maritime HQ building, Fish Pier East, S.Boston
  • Custom and Border Protection's Cargo Documentation Office
  • Boston's Marine Office Park and Cruise Terminal
  • Conley Container Terminal, South Boston
  • Lunch at Jerry Remy's Seaport Restaurant
  • Logan International Airport Cargo Complex and Fire Rescue Station
  • Logan Airport's 9/11 Memorial
  • A Live-Action Warehouse and Screening Station
  • A CBP K9 Contraband Search Demonstration
  • An Optional Tasting Tour of Boston's Harpoon Brewery 

All registrants must be screened by USCBP/DHS with the use of multiple law enforcement
databases. Negative information will be a basis for denial by US CBP to attend the tour.

: All registrations and security data must be received by the CONECT office by:

  • September 15th 
  • This is a strict deadline by USCBP.

The following data will be asked during the on-line registration process. 

 

Non-US Citizens: 

  1. Complete and submit payment via the on-line registration form
  2. Per DHS policy, non-US Citizens must submit a separate Foreign Visitors Access Request
    Form Click here for the form by Sept. 1st 
  3. Your registration must be paid in full prior to submitting (via fax) this form to the
    CONECT office at 508-481-2161.
  4. If you are not approved by DHS for this tour, CONECT will reimburse your registration in full.
  5. This is a strict deadline by USCBP.

DHS and CBP require the following security details from US citizens upon registering: 

  • Full name (first, middle & last)
  • Home address
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Country of Citizenship
  • Phone
  • Email
  • DOB
  • License # (State of License issued)

Due to the vetting process, no substitutions may be made/ no refunds can be allowed after Sept. 15th.
Prior to that, registrants may either find a substitute or receive a refund for their registration minus a
20% administrative fee. For “Individual” members, a non-member rate will apply to substitutions,
as Individual memberships are non-transferable.
