This Webinar will provide an overview of what companies need to consider when making a preferential duty claim under a Free Trade Agreement. With a possible Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement in the works, both importers and exporters need to understand what is required to make a valid claim. In addition, U.S. Customs continues to expand the use of FTA verification to ensure that imported products do in fact qualify under the specific rule of origin.

- No refunds will be allowed within seven days of the event date. Prior to that, a 20% administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations except for who registered at Early Bird rate.
- Substitutes are allowed for Corporate members, in lieu of cancelling.
